Hourly Rate: $25.00
Commission Rate: 0.25% Per Contract
Location: Remote/Work From Home
Total Body Mobile Massage is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contracts Director to join our team. As the leading provider of mobile massage services, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional massage experiences to our clients. We are looking for a senior-level expert to oversee our contractual agreements and negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve contract-related problems for the contract team.
- Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and review of all contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
- Oversee the management of client contracts team, including renewal and amendment processes.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the executive team on contractual matters.
- Prepare weekly reports for Auditing Director / Department.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, including negotiations and drafting.
- Extensive knowledge of contract law, regulations, and legal terminology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
